Wrap is a personal poker hand-logging tool that helps players record, review, and share hand histories. It is developed and operated by Tom Smeets. Contact: support@wrap.poker.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wrap. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Wrap is a tool for recording poker hands — it does not facilitate gambling, betting, or real-money transactions of any kind.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Do not share your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@wrap.poker if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to use Wrap only for its intended purpose — logging and reviewing poker hands. You must not:
You own all data you create in Wrap — your hands, sessions, player profiles, and notes. By using Wrap, you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.
We aim to keep Wrap available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
Wrap may offer paid PRO features in the future. Pricing, terms, and refund policies for any paid features will be clearly communicated before purchase and governed by a separate agreement at that time.
Wrap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrap and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Wrap after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
